Auf Basis einer GIS-Analyse wurden zahlreiche Ma\u00dfnahmen in drei Handlungsfeldern (Voll-, Teil- und funktionale Entsiegelung) identifiziert. Ziel ist es, klimaangepasste, durchl\u00e4ssige und gr\u00fcnere Stadtr\u00e4ume zu schaffen. Ein Vorzeigeprojekt stellt die Umgestaltung des Habichtplatzes dar. Hier wurde insgesamt 2.700 m\u00b2 Fl\u00e4che entsiegelt und klimaangepasst begr\u00fcnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">haupterkenntnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Durch eine datengest\u00fctzte und GIS-basierte Herangehensweise konnten stadtweit Entsiegelungspotenziale erfasst und priorisiert werden. Sowohl auf privaten wie auch st\u00e4dtischen Fl\u00e4chen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Entsiegelungspotenziale liegen zu 90 % in privatem Eigentum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Konzept umfasst 31 konkrete Entsiegelungsma\u00dfnahmen. Diese sind \u00fcbertragbar auf unterschiedliche Fl\u00e4chen in der Stadt, z. B. Wohngebiete in Blockrandbebauung, Parkpl\u00e4tze oder Gewerbegebiete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aus dem Konzept k\u00f6nnen konkrete Einzelma\u00dfnahmen abgeleitet werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein Beispiel ist die Umgestaltung des Habichtplatzes.
